RyuHoshi-Former Mod
CyberDark-Duelist- Controller Mod
Marik- Former Mod
Former Mods Have Some Powers But Not Many, They Are Ppl Who Still Need To Become A Better Member B4 They Become Full Mods.
3)I'll simply have to admit that i don't think the forum will every be as alive as it used to
4)Starter Decks will be Available but mods but post the cards in the members Iventory.
5)A Rp Section Will Be Available.
6) A Role Play Section Available (Suggested By Baki)

To be honest , Cove giving mod to almost all the old players isn't going to give them responsablilty. Some ppl already have warings and started bad. And giving this responsability to ppl that aren't active and ppl that spam and do other things it's a bad ideea.
My opininon is to put like 2 or 3 active members as moderators because there aren't too many active members so a small group of mods can take care of the forum.
Also I think the Former mods group is pointless . Instead of giving power to new ppl we should make some forum ranks for posts like this:
1: Begginer
2: New duelist
3:Modest duelist and etc

Yes , I know he's an old player but he isn't online . You shouldn't give mod to ppl that aren't online and new ppl like Marik , etc.

I think the other decisions are pretty good and thanks that you maked the controller moderators as they should be on the forum sections.

As For Role Play Section I Mean Like Fan Role Play Not The Official Rpg Roleplay.
CyberDark-Duelist Is A Old Trusted Member And I Know Him Through Other Forums And For A Long Period Of Time It Was Just Me And Him So I Think He Deserves To Be A Controller Mod Even If He Is Not As Active AS Used To.
I Put RyuHoshi There Even Though He Has Spammed In Past Hence He Is A Former Mod And Not A Proper Mod It's Just My Way Of Saying They're Potential Mods.
Marik On The Other Hand Hasn't Spammed (Excluding Spam Heaven) And Has Pme'ed Me Some Great Ideas To Keep The Forum Alive And Is Already Putting Time And Effort Into Helping The Situation.
It Seems You Agree Baki Should Be A Mod As You Have Not Commented On That.
As The Rank Thingy I Was Thinking Of That As A Possibility But Then I Figured This Would Be Better So If They Become More Active And Useful Member They Can Become A Mod And If They Do Not They Will Be Removed From The Former Mod Group.
