Biography: Kontoya grew up in an orphanage. He was a quiet and dark kid. He used the other kids to his advantage, but he also did protect them from bullies outside the household. When he became 18 he left immediately in search of rare monsters called 'Dark World' monsters he had read about growing up. His search took him 3 years, but now he has the cards he was after and is now aiming to become the new Yu-Gi-Oh champion.
